Hillary Clinton Defended Black
Panther Member Accused of Murder
In 1969, Black Panthers member Alex Rackley
was suspected of being a government informant. He was taken to the
home of Black Panthers member Warren Kimbro, held captive for 24 hours and
tortured. At that point, Kimbro, George Sams and Lonnie McLucas took
Rackley to a marsh field and shot him to death. Many people
took part in the torture. Eventually, 14 Black Panthers were
arrested and charged in varying degrees in the death of Rackley.
One of the people charged was the leader of
the group, Bobby Seales. From all accounts, Seales was not present
during Rackley's torture or murder. The man who took up his defense
was attorney Charles Garry.
In 1969, Hillary Clinton WAS NOT an
attorney, but a law student. She worked as assistant to Charles
Garry. One of her duties during the Seales trial was to organize
groups of Yale students to attend and observe the trial. Of all the
cases involved in Rackley's murder, this one was the most high profile
since the accused had not been present during any of the events. Clinton
was not directly involved in the defense of Seales, nor did she have
anything to do with the defense of Kimbro or Huggins.
What happened to both Kimbro and Huggins
after they served their time has nothing whatsoever to do with Clinton.
She had nothing to do with any one of them "getting off easy."
Indeed, she could not have had done so.
Clinton was not involved with
"shutting down Yale with demonstrations," since that never
happened at all. There were certainly protests over the Seales
trial, but nothing on a grand scale. Although the Kent State
protests turned ugly and lethal a few days later, the Yale protests were
pretty tame. There is some scant evidence that Clinton may have helped
organize some of these protests. However, the last time I checked,
that is the right of every U.S. citizen when they feel that an injustice is
happening. Don't tell those who protested the removal of the 10
Commandments monument in Alabama that we don't approve of protest!
Lee's connection with all of this is even
more tenuous. Mr. Lee had nothing to do with the trials or the
defense of any of these or the other Black Panthers that were to be tried
for this case. He was not a lawyer, nor even a law student, but a
Yale undergrad. His sole involvement in this particular case is that
he expressed solidarity with the Black Panthers in that he believed that
many of these trials were unfair since some being tried were not
participants in the crime. He also appears to have been involved with
protests. As a conservative, a patriot and a supporter of the INTENT
of the U.S. Constitution, I'm afraid that I can't find fault here.
There is something about this message that
bothers me and it should bother anyone who really reads it. The
implication is that these people did not deserve a defense. Many
innocent people are put on trial and someone must defend them. Many
of our civic and elected leaders have been defense attorneys. If
Clinton had defended Seales, what on earth would be wrong with that?
U.S. citizens have a right to a good defense - guilty or innocent.
George Sams, Warren Kimbro and Lonnie
McLucas were all convicted on various charges for the murder of Alex
Rackley. Bobby Seale and Erika Huggins were eventually acquitted by a hung
jury. The jury voted 11 to 1 for Seale's acquittal and 10 to 2 for
Huggin's acquittal. Of course an acquitted person (Huggins) went on
with her life. Of course a man who has done the time set by a jury
will (hopefully) go on and get an education and contribute positively to
society. Do we really want them to return to a life of crime?
Whether or not you like or approve of Ms.
Clinton, truth is truth. I'm no fan myself, but this is just a
matter of dirty politics. Conservatives complain about the left
doing it, then do it themselves. As a conservative, I would hope for
better from us.
Oh, and Paul Harvey never told this
story. Urban Legends Zeitgeist says that "The email closely
resembles part of an article by John McCaslin's 'Inside the Beltway'
column that appeared in the June 12, 1998 issue of the Washington
Times." They also say that commentator Neal Boortz has claimed
the article, but they've been unable to find any verification of
this. The last I heard, this great missive was reprinted in the
tabloid called the Weekly World News. You the know, the one you see
in the grocery store line with articles and pictures about aliens,
creature people, etc. That's trustworthy reading (snicker!).

Bill & Hillary Clinton are
charging the Secret Service Rent To Protect Them In Their N.Y. Home!
No, they aren't.
This is not true.
It is a standard agreement that the Secret Service pay a fee to to the
homeowner for the space they use to protect the ex-president. The
amount of this fee is set by government formula, not by the homeowner.
The amount for the Clintons is $1,100, which is definitely NOT the amount
of the mortgage. I'm sure it's not even close. Even though
regulations call for the Secret Service to pay this, the Clintons have not
accepted any money from them.

common knowledge that, in order for her to establish NYS
residency, they purchased a million-dollar house in up-scale
Chappaqua, NY. Makes sense. Now, they are
entitled to Secret Service protection for life. Still makes sense.
Here is where it becomes interesting. A residency had to be
built in order to house the Secret Service agents. The
Clinton's now charge the Secret Service rent for the use of said
residence and that rent is just about equal to their mortgage
payment, meaning that we, the tax payers, are paying the
Clinton's mortgage.... And it's all perfectly legal. |
Hillary Clinton
Refuses To Meet With Delegation From Gold Star Mother's Group!
The email message that Hilary Rodham Clinton refused to
meet with a delegation from the Gold Star Mothers. It is quite
false. Christian author & speaker Dr. Rich Buhler states the following
on his website, "Truth or Fiction":
The National President of The American
Gold Star Mothers, Georgianna Carter-Krell, told TruthOrFiction.com,
however, that the two mothers did not have an appointment with Senator
Clinton and that, it turns out, she wasn't even in her office that day.
Carter-Krell said that her office regrets the misunderstanding and hopes
that the negative comments about Hillary Clinton will stop.
The two Gold Star Mothers dropped by
Clinton's office on February 27, 2001, but Ms. Clinton was not in.
They were apparently not taken care of properly by the receptionist.
Naturally irked, the ladies made a few comments that formed the basis of
the rumor. Gold Star Mother, Shirley Jones said: "It
got blown out of proportion, in a way," Gold Star Mother Shirley
Jones said of a flurry of nationwide carping about New York's junior
senator after Jones made a few offhand remarks about her organization's
reception at U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton's Capitol Hill office in February. Jones
. . . said she and another mother were disappointed when they
stopped by Clinton's office to lobby for legislation to provide annuities
for Gold Star parents and weren't even given a few moments with a staff
member. She said Clinton's receptionist seemed oblivious to Gold Star
Mothers, the Vietnam War and the losses American families suffered because

Clinton, upon hearing of the incident,
was not only apologetic, but had her staff communicate with Jones about
the legislation.
Unfortunately, instead of checking the
rumor out with the people involved, a conservative magazine, newsmaxx.com, printed a blown-out-of
proportion story based on the overheard comments. They never printed
a retraction upon learning the truth either.

one politician who refused to meet with these ladies. Can you
guess which politician that might be? Was it New York Senator

politician in Washington who's husband once wrote of his loathing

Since former President Bill Clinton was never charged with evasion of the
draft, he cannot be a fugitive from justice. Since he was never
charged, he could not be convicted. Since he was never convicted, he
could not be pardoned. He was not pardoned for anything by Jimmy
Carter or any other former President of the United States. While
Carter DID indeed pardon all Viet Nam war draft dodgers on that date, Bill
Clinton was not among them because he was never considered to be one.

Did Pres. Clinton break
promises to track down and punish terrorists? No.
First let me
state that this research was already done by the time I saw this message.
The actual research is not mine, although I checked out the facts for
accuracy. Many thanks to
Snopes for their
excellent research work in this. The original message was only an
anti-Clinton piece. A later version added the words, "Bush covered it"
after each section without bothering with any details about just how he
accomplished this. As you will see, there's not much truth in either
version.
The 1993 World Trade Center: The purpetrators were all
convicted and punished during the Clinton administration.
We captured and convicted four followers of Egyptian cleric Sheik Omar Abdel
Raham. The supposed mastermind, Ramzi Ahmed Yousef, was captured (1995) and
convicted (1997). All were sentenced to 240 years in prison. There is
supposed to be one more suspect in this case that did escape capture.
1995 Saudi Arabia Bombing: It was the Saudi's
themselves who hunted down these perps. The Saudi's say they had
confessions from four Saudi men, but never let any U.S. officials see them.
The Saudi's convicted them and beheadded them in May 1996. The Saudi's have
rarely been cooperative in such cases.
1996 Khobar Towers: Again,
the Saudi's wouldn't let us question the suspects. On 21
June 2001, just before the American statute of limitations would have
expired, a federal grand jury in Alexandria, Virginia, indicted thirteen
Saudis and an unidentified Lebanese chemist for the Khobar Towers bombing.
However, to this day, we can't get to these people, even to question them
because they are held in Saudi Arabia. We don't have an extradition treaty
with the Saudis.
1998 Embassies Bombings:
Four men who seemed to be allied with Osama bin Laden, were captured and
convicted (sentenced to life in prison) in October 2001. There are
still 14 more suspects out there (both administrations unable to capture
them) and it seems that there are 3 more we have been trying to
extradite from London.
USS Cole Bombing: This
occured in October of 2000. President Clinton had only three months left in
office. An investigation and even conviction of this magnitude could not
occur in three months. Yemeni finally captured and sentenced to death those
who were involved in the bombing. In early 2006, one of these men made
news when he escaped from prison. He was finally caught and returned
to prison.

York and Washington, D.C. that are now dead would be alive today.

Did Clinton free Mohammed Atta, who later master-minded the 9/11
hijackings plot? No.

The Mohammed Atta the
piece described is not the same man that was involved in the 9/11
terrorist attacks. This is a new version of the message that blames
Clinton. The original version blamed Regan. Here is the original
version:
An Arab terrorist
named Atta blew up a bus in Israel in 1986. The Israelis captured, tried
and imprisoned him. As part of the Oslo agreement Israel had to agree to
release so called "political prisoners". However, Israeli officials
insisted that they would not release any with "blood on their hands". Some
well meaning American President and Secretary of State insisted that all
be released.
Thus Mr. Atta was
freed and eventually thanked the US by flying an airplane into Tower One
of the World Trade Center. This was reported by many of the networks at
the time the terrorists were first identified. It was missing from later
reports. That President and Secretary of State were Ronald Reagan and
George Schultz.
Here is the Clinton
version: Terrorist pilot Mohammad Atta blew up a bus in Israel
in 1986. The Israelis captured, tried and imprisoned him. As part of the
Oslo agreement with the Palestinians in 1993, Israel had to agree to
release so-called "political prisoners." However, the Israelis would not
release any with "blood on their hands." The American President at the
time, Bill Clinton, and his Secretary of State, Warren Christopher,
"insisted" that all prisoners be released. Thus Mr. Atta was freed and

mistaken identity, but Snopes couldn't figure out why. Here's a section
from their article:

two years after Reagan left office."
"What's
puzzling to us is why newspapers -- much less "US
authorities" -- should have been confused as to whether the
two Attas were the same man (especially since one was fourteen years older
than the other) or describing Atta as someone "suspected of" or
"implicated in" a bus attack for which he had already been convicted and
sentenced to life imprisonment ten years earlier."
Of course, the newer version
eliminates the references to Reagan and uses Clinton as the fall guy.
Clinton had nothing whatsoever to do with the release of the Atta that
attacked that bus. Atta was in fact, extradited to Israel for trial in
October of 1990. Israel tried him, then sentenced him to life in prison.
As late as 1993, this Atta was still in prison in Israel. The Jerusalem
Post claims that he was eventually freed by the Israeli Supreme Court on a
technicality, but gives no further information or dates.

Did A Secret Service agent
describe Hillary Clinton's consistently rude behavior to someone?
While I haven't got hard evidence that this is right or wrong (more on why
that isn't going to happen in the near future), I think I can show some
logic as to why this information is likely to be incorrect. At the start
let me say that I am a genuine independent conservative and in no way
endorsing Hillary Clinton (which I am always accused of when I debunk
something regarding the Clintons). I just don't like lies about anyone
and I think it is beneath any Christian to dabble in rumors, innuendo and
gossip instead of dealing directly with bad philosophies and policies.
One of the first clues that a message may
have a problem is that it is anonymous, as this one is. That being the
case, the information is pretty much unverifiable unless some other
supposed Secret Service agent should come forward with similar claims, but
that hasn't happened. An anonymous person can write anything they please
about anyone without fear of being found out as a liar, especially through
email. If he'd just write a book, he could get the information out to the
entire country and make it rich as well. Considering the pro-Bush drum
beating towards the end of the message, the timing of sending the message
is no mistake.
It is a third-hand story (the actual person
who is supposedly in the know is not revealed), a third hand story that
was TOLD, not written down (meaning that the hearers could have gotten
details wrong), and a story never revealed by any press, conservative or
liberal. It is a nice, juicy piece of gossip. If it had any corroborative
evidence, both presses would be all over it. The conservative press would
love it because they hate Hillary Clinton. The liberal press would be all
over it because it would simply sell!
Like her or hate her, Hillary Clinton is
one of the most savvy politicians I have ever seen. She is extremely
intelligent - plenty intelligent enough to hide the fact that she is a
nasty person, if indeed she is (and I'm not convinced of that). I am in
thorough disagreement with her politics, morals and ideals, but I don't
believe this hogwash for a minute. She is simply too smart and calculating
to make these kind of slips, although I have no doubt that she worked at
protecting Chelsea from the public eye as best she could. This certainly
could have come off as rude.
There's no way to prove or disprove such
allegations unless others who were involved should ever come forward and
corroborate or deny these allegations, so it just turns into passing along
a rumor and gossip tidbit (something we should never do). If ever such
validation does pop up, I'll post it to the site.
As you'll be able to see, the person who did put this
together seems to like Bill (though not his politics), hate Hillary, hate
Gore and love G.W. & Laura Bush. To say that this is simply an
anti-Hillary piece is not enough. It is also very much a pro-Bush piece,
again making the man into a plaster saint. I think he's a nice man, but
enough already!

me via an old friend, a person I trust. We had a neighbor when I lived
in DC who was part of the secret service presidential detail for many
years. His stories of Kennedy and Johnson were the same as those I heard
from the guys who flew the presidents plane--- [yes, Kennedy did have
Marilyn Monroe flown in for secret "dates", and LBJ was a typical Texas
"good ol boy" womanizer. Nixon, Bush 31, and Carter never cheated on
their wives. Clinton cheated, but couldn't match Kennedy or LBJ in style
or variety. The information below is accurate. Bush 31 and the current
president Bush make it a point to thank and take care of the aircrews
who fly them around [When the president flies, there are several planes
that also go--one carries the armored limo, another the security detail,
plus usually a press aircraft] and both Bush's made it a point to stay
home on holidays, so these Air Force and security people could have a
day with their families.
Hillary Clinton was arrogant and orally abusive to her
security detail. She forbade her daughter, Chelsea, from exchanging
pleasantries with them. Sometimes Chelsea, miffed at her mothers obvious
conceit and mean spiritedness ignored her demands and exchanged
pleasantries regardless, but never in her mother presence. Chelsea
really was a nice, kindhearted, and lovely young lady. The consensus
opinion was that Chelsea loved her mom but did not like her.
Hillary Clinton was constituently rude and abrasive to
those who were
charged to protect her life. Her security detail dutifully did their
job,
as professionals should, but they all "loathed " her and wanted to be on
a different detail. She was hard work because she was so nasty and mean
toward her detail. Hillary Clinton was uniformly despised by the secret
service as a whole.
Former president Bill Clinton was much more amiable
than his wife Hillary. Often the secret service would cringe at the
verbal attack antics that Hillary would use against her husband, the
then president. They were embarrassed for his sake by the manner and
frequency in which she verbally insulted him, sometimes in the presence
of the secret service, and sometimes behind closed doors. Even behind
closed doors Hillary Clinton would scream and holler so loudly that
everyone could hear what she was saying. Many felt sorry for President
Clinton and most wondered why he tolerated it instead of just divorcing
his "attack dog" wife. It was crystal clear that the Clinton's neither
liked or respected each other and this was true long before the Monica
Lewinsky scandal. Theirs was genuinely a "marriage of convenience."
Chelsea was much closer to her father than her mother,
even after the Lewinsky scandal which hurt her gravely. Bill Clinton did
in fact have "charisma," and occasionally would smile at or shake hands
with his security detail. Still, he always displayed an obvious air of
superiority towards them. His security detail uniformly believed him to
be disingenuous, false, and that he did nothing without a motive that in
some way would enhance his image and political career. They did respect
him, unlike his wife, but they did not particularly like him and nobody
trusted him. He was polite, but not kind.
Al Gore was the male version of Hillary Clinton. They
were more friendly toward each other than either of them were towards
former President Clinton They were not intimate, so please don't read
that in. They were very close in a political way. Tipper Gore was
generally nice and pleasant. She initially liked Hillary but soon after
the election she had her pegged and no longer liked her or associated
with her except for events that were politically obligatory.
Al Gore was far more left wing and very hateful, not
just politically
opposed, to Republicans than Bill Clinton. Al Gore resented Bill Clinton
and thought he was to centrist. He despised all republicans. His hatred
was bitter and this was long before he announced for the presidency.
This bitter hatred was something that he and Hillary had very much in
common. They often said as much, even in the presence of their security
detail. Neither of them trusted Bill Clinton and, the secret service
opined, neither of them even liked Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton did have
some good qualities where Al Gore and Hillary had none in the view of
their security details.
Al Gore, like Hillary, was very rude and arrogant
toward his security
detail. He was extremely unappreciative and would not hesitate to scold
them in the presence of their peers for minor details over which they
had no control. Al Gore also looked down on them in disgust as they
finally observed and learned with certainty on one occasion when Al Gore
got angry at his offspring and loudly, in their presence, pointed at his
security detail and said "do you want to grow up and be like them." Word
of this insulting and demeaning verbiage by the format Vice-president
quickly spread and he became as despised and disliked by the secret
service as Hillary. Most of them prayed that Al Gore would not be
elected president and they really did have private small celebrations in
a few of their homes after President Bush won. This was not necessarily
to celebrate President Bush's
election, but to celebrate Al Gore's defeat. He was very disliked. Al
Gore was not a good and kind person. That he could have been our
President may suggest that God was "answering prayers" and looking out
for the country with Al Gore's defeat.
Everyone in the secret service wants to be on First
Lady Laura Bush's detail. Without exception they uniformly concede that
she is perhaps the most nice, kind, and genuinely good person they have
ever had the privilege of serving. Where Hillary patently refused to
allow her picture to be taken with her security detail, Laura Bush
doesn't even have to be asked, she offers. She doesn't just shake their
hand and say thank you, very often she will give them a kind hearted hug
to members of her detail to express her appreciation. There is nothing
false about her. This is her genuine nature. Laura Bush really is this
kind of a person and her security detail considers her to be a "breath
of fresh air." They actually love her as a human being. They joke that
comparing Laura Bush with Hillary Clinton is like comparing Mother
Teresa with the Wicked Witch of the North.
Likewise, the secret service considers President Bush
to be a gem of a man to work for. He always treats them with genuine
respect and he always trusts and listens to their expert advice. They
especially like the Crawford detail. Every time the president goes to
Crawford he has a Bar-B-Q for his security detail and "he" helps serve
them. He eats with them, sits with them, and talks with them. He always
asks about their family, the names of which he always remembers, and he
of course knows each of them by their first name and calls them by their
first name as a show of affection. They believe that he actually loves
his security detail and that he is deeply and genuinely appreciative of
their service. They could not like, love, or respect anyone more than
President Bush, and most of them did not know they would feel this way
until they had an opportunity to work for him and learn that his manner
was genuine and consistent. It has never changed in the three years that
he has been president. He always treats them with the utmost respect,
kindness, and compassion.
Please pass this on to everyone you know. It is
important for everyday Americans to have a true inside understanding of
their President and those who would be president. Finally, The secret
service still is forming an opinion on John Kerry. They have nothing
positive or negative to say that anyone is willing to share as yet. This
notwithstanding, they already know what they have in President Bush and
they don't want to lose a good thing.

Hillary and the
Crossed Soldier (updated 4/16/05)
In this photo of
Hillary Clinton with a serviceman, he appears to have his fingers
crossed. Snopes finally tracked down the solider in question
and found out that he was indeed giving the sign that he was not
pleased with posing for the picture. One has to wonder why he chose
to pose for the picture at all then. While he communicated
this information to Snopes, he asked that his name not be revealed.
The photo was taken in Iraq when Clinton visited military personnel
there during Thanksgiving 2003

Picture shows that this guy has been thru Survival
School. He's giving the sign of "coercion" with his left hand.
These hand signs are taught in survival school to be used by
future POW's to send messages back to our intelligence services
viewing the photo or video. This guy was being coerced into
holding hands with Hillary. Little did she know that he would tell
us.
